Since graduating from the Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Elie GEMAA has pursued a career in private restorative/cosmetic dentistry. He completed then a degree in fixed and removable prosthodontics at the same university.
He has attended over 40 lectures and hands-on sessions from the most prominenet dentists in cosmetic dentistry to refine his skills in Smile Design. This intensive education has led to a thourough understanding and appreciation of smile design and aesthetics.
Dr Gemaa is an active member of the Lebanese Dental Association and a general member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He was also a clinical assistant professor at the USJ. His concentrated training in conjunction with his enthusiasm, has gained him the reputation of being a “perfectionist” by his peers.
Dr Akoury earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Saint Joseph University School of Dentistry in Beirut. Her periodontal training was completed at the Lebanese University. She is a member of the International Team of Implantology and the Lebanese Association of Periodontology. In 2010, she was awarded first place in the University Challenge for the best conference. Dr Akoury provides comprehensive periodontal and dental implant therapy, including bone augmentation, sinus grafting, and advanced techniques in periodontal plastic surgery. She believes in a compassionate and collaborative approach to patient care.
Dr Hage spent her undergraduate years at the Saint Joseph University. She attended then the American University of Beirut (AUB) where she finished with a Master of Sciences in Orthodontics. During her time at the AUB she participated in some research projects and was very involved with the Orthodontic Department. In 2012, she pursued a course in Harmony Lingual Orthodontics at Nevada, Las Vegas. She is experienced with traditional braces, self-ligating braces, Invisalign and lingual braces.
Dr Tannous graduated from the Saint Joseph University College of Dentistry where she completed her Master of Science degree in Pediatric Dentistry. In 2010, she pursued a fellowship in Laser Dentistry (World Clinical Laser Institute – Biolase – USA). Interacting with children is like a second nature or her. Every child is different but she believes every one of them deserves special care and attention. Dr Joyce is a member of the Lebanese Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She continues to teach at the pedodontic department at the Saint Joseph University.
